Are you new to the CMS Family? Do you have a need to learn the basics of CMS, including the updated CMS Work Order screen?

Sign up for a full day where you will get hands-on practice finding, creating, and closing work orders in both CMS and CMS Tech, setting up assets and PMs with and without readings, using the Materials Module, adding and disabling users, and setting up CMS to assign work orders automatically.

Alternative Life Safety Measures (ALSMs) Workshop

Any time there is a Life Safety Code deficiency that cannot be corrected in a reasonable time, ALSMs (ILSM per TJC lingo) need to be considered (and implemented as deemed necessary). 

Colin and Paul will hold discussions regarding various code requirements and then have various interactive breakout sessions. They will provide these groups with scenarios depicting different code deficiencies and have them:

1) Determine the code section for the deficiency
2) Come up with ideas for fixing the DEF
3) Come up with ALSMs that can be implemented during the time before the DEF is corrected.

Making the Most of Your Compliance Dashboards

Half-Day Session: 9am - 12pm

FSI's regulatory dashboards are a powerful tool available to all FSI users and can be used to track compliance standards for accreditation purposes, elevator programs, backflow inspections, and more. Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop so the FSI team can help them set these configurations during this session. 

We will cover: 

  • Navigating the regulatory dashboard tools
  • Establishing relationships with procedures
  • Reporting options for the compliance dashboard
  • Extending the capabilities of compliance dashboards via electronic binders

Administrative and Automated Workflows

Half-Day Session: 1pm - 4pm

Automate processes and decision making with the use of Flow and other advanced escalation processes within the system. Join experts Jen D'Alessio, Product Manager, and Brylie Worth, Customer Success Manager, as they cover how to build and manage workflows to suit your team's unique needs. Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop so the FSI team can help them set these configurations during this session.
