CMMS leader brings on tech and leadership veterans to support industry growth and demand.

Pittsburgh, PA -- June 27, 2022

FSI, the leading provider of healthcare CMMS facilities and biomedical operations, has seen more than a 60 percent increase in team growth since January 2021, naming several key hires to accelerate development and market presence.

As demand rises for CMMS with healthcare-focused solutions, FSI has prioritized team expansion to support a larger customer database and product innovation. In Q3, FSI announced two strategic hires: Director of Technology, Derek Smith, and Senior Marketing Manager, Jenna Irish, bringing a combined 30 years of experience within the IT and technology space.

Recently, FSI took on new investments from institutional investors to support the company’s strategic growth, instituting a Board of Directors and adding three leadership hires to oversee company development: Zachary Seely,
CEO, Joe Zimmer, Chief of Staff, and Jason Rolfe, Director of Sales.

Derek Smith, Director of Technology
Derek is the Director of Technology at FSI and leads Product Engineering. He provides strategic insight into the company’s vision, as well as tactical leadership for the teams executing on FSI’s roadmap. Prior to FSI, Derek was Director of Engineering for a market leader in the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) space as both an individual contributor and engineering leader.

Jenna Irish, Senior Marketing Manager
Jenna joins FSI as Senior Marketing Manager with a Marketing and Communications background spanning multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, real estate, sports, and hospitality. Her expertise is in building GTM plans and driving strategy across Sales, Development, Product, and Customer Success.
